What the bot stores
Game DataBase keeps Discord server and channel IDs, alert settings, known deals, delivery history and provider state in a SQLite database on the Quaxly bot host. If you opt into Steam or authorized-store price watches, it stores your Discord user ID, selected games, target prices and checking state so alerts can be sent to you privately.
Community features may store server and user IDs for LFG sessions, polls, votes and timestamps. Personal gaming backlogs store game titles associated with your user ID. Optional Twitch notifications store the server and channel IDs and followed streamer names. Feature suggestions are voluntary.
Server Counters
When a server manager enables /serverstats, the bot records the server ID, the bot-owned counter channel IDs, counter types, selected labels and refresh information in Quaxly SQLite. The counter feature does not need message content, a list of members, or Cloudflare KV.
External APIs and Cloudflare
Game searches and store pricing contact third-party providers such as Steam and IsThereAnyDeal. Optional Twitch and IGDB actions use their official APIs if the bot owner has configured them. API providers may receive technical request metadata. Personal watches, backlogs, LFG sessions, and polls are not stored in Cloudflare KV. The Cloudflare status API stores the latest bot heartbeat and process start time.
Retention and deletion
LFG sessions expire after up to 48 hours and are removed by scheduled housekeeping; feature suggestions are designed to be removed after 30 days; expired polls and their records are pruned on a schedule. Personal data can be deleted with commands including /clearwatchlist, /cleardealwatches, /clearbacklog, and /clearsuggestions, subject to command confirmation. Server managers can remove the counter channels with /serverstats reset. Data in backups may be subject to separate retention.
Security
Credentials such as bot tokens and API secrets are not shipped in this website. Sensitive or private details should not be added to public game polls, suggestions, or server labels. Some administration commands require management permissions.
Contact and corrections
You can submit product ideas using /suggestfeature. This feature is not a confidential security reporting channel. A direct privacy and security contact method should be published by the bot operator before expansion to additional public communities.
